Full Job Description
Our client, a global leader with over 25 locations worldwide in lab measurement and production services, is looking for Liquid & Gas Measurement Technicians in the New Mexico & Permian Basin Areas. As a measurement technician, you will be performing measurement tasks and procedures, including calibration and repair of measurement equipment for the Oil & Gas field industry. Previous measurement experience (at least 6 months – 1 year) and Artesia Area, NM residency is a MUST! Relocation for this role will not be considered. As a Gas Measurement Technician, you will be a critical member of our team to provide the best service to our customers! If you have the customer service and accurate measurement skills, this challenging position is right for you!
If you have experience in:

Collecting and testing gas and liquid samples.

Installing, programming and calibrating flow computers, changing orifice plates and transmitters.

Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting measurement systems and equipment.
Applicants must:

Have at least 1 year of experience in an oil and gas industry, preferably in gas measurement.

Have knowledge and experience with a variety of measurement equipment and computer equipment and software

Have great organizational skills and attention to detail

Be able to lift 50 pounds

Schedule: 10 hour shift
Experience:
Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Gas or Liquid Measurement: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: Driver's License
